Cycle World gives the 250R “Honorable Mention” in 10-Best List
The July 2008 Issue of Cycle World magazine hit news stands this week with the annual 10-Best List. In all honesty, I really didn’t expect to see our lil Ninja 250R on the list — because right now it’s sorta in a class of it’s own here in the US. And I just don’t see it winning “Best Super Bike” any time soon. I think this will be something interesting to watch over the next few years to see if they add something like ‘Best 50MPG+’ or even ‘Best Light Weight’. Perhaps add even the easiest category for the Ninja to win, a category for Best way to meet the… Ladies… (I kid…. I kid… But seriously.. If they did add it it would be no contest…
)
That being said, Cycle World did give the lil’ Ninja 250R an Honorable Mention — which is pretty sweet. Reviewers still are impressed with the $3500 mixture of price, handling , looks with two free scoops of fun to ride thrown in.
Despite the 1 Paragraph Blurb on the Ninja 250 — Cycle World is a really good read this month. The 0-180MPH shootout is quite a fun read, with the Ninja’s Liter bike big brothers doing pretty well..
Pretty much every major motorcycle magazine released between April and June have had reviews on the new Ninja 250R.
