Ninja 250R Assembly Plant

Ninja Assembly Factory

Motors, motors everywhere… But not a single Ninja in the US to buy.. ;)

This is a really neat thread from Ninja250Thailand.com where someone posted a whole bunch of pictures from the Ninja 250R Assembly plant.

Translation doesn’t make much sense of the site — so if anyone can interpret some of it for us Yanks — Please post in the comments. Curious if there are any good nuggets in there about the assembly process.

ninja 250r will sale in Thailand on 20 August 08 the price is 4057 US dollars (only green and black). that very expensive for Thais people ‘cos it made in Thailand , no tax ,no shipping . They said it model 2009 (fuel injection).
This factory made ninja for export and sale in Thailand (most of them for export).

Hi I am a Norwegian living in Thailand.

Here is a basic translation of the first post.

This is the way to KSR factory in Thailand
This is a guided tour to look at the factory area, usually it is not permitted to take photographs of the factory area, however this time a special permission to come and photograph to see the inside of the factory that produce the Ninja 250R. To understand the complete assembly better.

After this it is just a description of what you see on the photographs.

Like 1. KSR parked up orderly to give good view for a handful of admirers, who was given permit by the factory to see the Ninja 250R

Anyway they say a picture is worth a thousand words so you look at it and see. Picture # 5 shows the running engine test, where they check engines running for functionality and so on…
