OEM Seat Cowl replacement.
The OEM seat cowl replacement leaves a little to be desired. Although it does look great, the actually build quality of it leaves a little to be desired.
The Good:
- Looks Really Sharp
- Adds a tad more storage
- Perfect Color Match
The Bad
- Poor Fit and Finish
- Not Even remotely weather proof
- Cheap Back stopper. Not Nice Seat Fabric
- Tends to not want to stay on (See Comments)
Install Tips
- Try hitting the mounting bolts with some loc-tight. They like to come loose after a while.
- If fit is “too tight” try sanding the front stoppers down a bit. (See Comments)
- Make sure the key is turned when trying to seat the front - or else the latch won’t be open.
